Kampala International School Uganda (KISU) HIPHOP JAM.
KISU Hiphop Jam is an educational and entertainment experience devised to practically endow students with artistic skills and life skills. The event is a combination of performances, battles/competitions, video/photo Projections and showcases from KISU students and conscious artists from outside the KISU community. A collaboration of both the local and international community under one roof serves as a catalyst for establishing interaction, networking, learning and having fun within a multi cultural gathering.
AIMS:
- Building personal expression and individuality.
- Facilitating collaboration hence encouraging and building team-work.
- Creatively boosting students’ self esteem/confidence.
- Providing a platform to exercise and develop performing familiarity.
- Creating experiences which helps students learn how to deal with their emotions plus enduring various processes.
