Koloto Sirajje of Youth Legacy Afrika (YLA) and I facilitated a free workshop for the young people in Walukuba Village of Jinja District (Eastern Uganda).
This workshop comprised of breakdance and creative games aimed at;
– Teaching them breakdance skills.
– Bridging the gaps between young people of different ages and genders.
– Exposing the young people to something new.
– Encouraging team-work.
– Having fun.
It was a great exprience exploring their passion for such arts and having them work as a community.
